Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
Bank ruptcy and general partnership
Partner filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy, he's saying that the court cannot take away his ''Lively Hood''.
Yet he and his wife did their inventory and p&l for the business from they're home without the true p&l and inventory. What really happens anything for me to do to protect my interest.

To properly answer this question, I would need much much more information. You should really hire your own bankruptcy lawyer to protect your interest in the bankruptcy.
