Bankruptcy for an LLC
Can an Arizona LLC file for bankruptcy to protect its assets and cash from a promissory Note and the LLC continue operations? do the members of the LLC also have to file for bankruptcy or is it just the LLC?

File Chapter 11 for the LLC, the members do not have to file. It depends on the Court and trustee how you can operate the company in the future.
