Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona

I am recetly divorced with 3 kids, my van was repoed and my name is on a vehicle that my ex-husband has which money is owed on there is approx. $30,000.00 in debt with both vehicles and credit cards that was all acrued through out ten years of marriage. do i have any options? I make $14.63 and my hours were cut to 32 a week.

Depending on how long ago they took the car, you may be able get it back by filing for bankruptcy (Chapter 13). It would likely discharge all of the $30000 in other debts and give you back some breathing room. Bankruptcy is probably one option. But you need to sit down with a bankruptcy attorney to really go over your options. Most bankruptcy attorneys offer free initial meetings.
