Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
Car Title Loan
I have a car title loan that is now in default. I have no income right now to pay this debt and wonder if filing bankruptcy can protect my car from being repossessed by the loan company.

Re: Car Title Loan
A chapter 7 bankruptcy will just slow them down.
A chapter 13 bankruptcy would allow you to get caught up and work out a payment plan, but you must have income to do a chapter 13.
