Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
Chapter 11 & 7
A custom door business filed Chapter 11 in May of 2008. On Jan 19th 09 motioned court to dismiss C 11 case as they had closed their doors and no longer were in operation requesting conversion to Chapter 7. Court ordered case dismissed on 2/6 because business was closed. Business still ran a website as a lure and collected orders and deposits all through Feb knowing they could not fullfill orders. Then 3/11/09 filed Chapter 7. Should the new customers after ''business was closed'' file criminal complaints or is this business protected under Chapter 7 at this point.

Re: Chapter 11 & 7
I would contact the case trustee AND the US Trustee's Office and tell them everything you know. If a crime was committed, they will figure it out and refer it to the FBI.
