Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
Chapter 7 question: My husband and I have 2 cars where the KBB private party value is over the Arizona exemption. There are no liens on these cars. Can the trustee auction off the vehicles? There is one loan/lien against the house and no other loans. Thank you.

The trustee will auction off vehicle(s) that exceed the $5000 per vehicle exemption, and give debtors anything over that amount.
