Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
Do I file chapter 7 in the state of my legal residence and will filing a chapter
I own a home in Idaho it is currenlty being rented. I haven't be able to sell it. I moved to Arizon and was sent a certified letter form my the mortgage company's attorney stating forclusure (acceleration clause) would take place in 30 days unless I paid $3000, plus fees and charges. I don't have it. I am in debt big time but I want to ask if
filing chapter 7 or 13 will delay the forclosure so I can get my personal items out of the house and give the renters time to move. The deed claims the bank can change the locks and do what it needs to protect their investment.
Thank you.

Why Chapter 7? Do you have a company or do you want personaly file. Filing location is the place of your residence (Federal Court)Foreclosure is stoped through bakruptcy filing
