Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
I filed for bankruptcy in February of 2003. It was granted in June, 2003. When I began the rule was SEVEN years on my credit reports. Now, it is TEN years.
Do I qualify for the SEVEN years and it goes OFF my credit report?

The seven years was between filings, not how long it would remain on your credit report. Unfortunately, it will remain for ten years but make sure you pull your credit after 10 years and dispute it remaining longer to ensure that it was removed.
