Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
We filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy over a year ago and now we need to convert to a chapter 7. Our plan for the chapter 13 has not been confirmed yet. If we convert to a chapter 7 before it is confirmed can we get the money we have paid the trustee over the last year and a half back?

The trustee receives 10% of money disbursed to creditors. If he has disbursed and taken an appropriate 10%, the money is not refundable.
