I have filed chapter7, can I dismiss it? I have changed my mind.

Yes, you may withdraw the petition. While withdrawing a bankruptcy petition is fairly easy, keep in mind that any debts that were being paid by the bankruptcy (if your case has gotten that far) are now going to switch over to being currently due. Think through the decision to withdraw a bankruptcy petition carefully, and make sure that it is a financially and legally sound decision. You should consult the attorney that filed the petiton on your behalf or seek legal advice if you don't have an attorney.
