Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
Filing bankruptcy without an experienced attorney
I graduated from law school in May '02 and passed the AZ bar in Oct. '02. I did not take any bankruptcy courses in law school and know very little about it. I am not currently practicing as an attorney. Due to my current financial situation, I have to file for bankruptcy. Is it an extremely bad idea to file myself (I cannot afford to pay $1000+ to have someone else do it)? Will I be okay if I download the forms and do it all alone or is it too risky/complicated? Any input you can give is greatly appreciated. Thanks

The information and forms on the Internet are sufficient. You will make it without a third parties help.
