Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
I finally get my discharge and I receive a from the bankruptcy court this paper that tells me which debts and which debts are not dischargeable on this sheet of paper it says GOVERNMENT, FINES, PENALTIES are not dischargeable. I was just shocked, they have included my old court fines(All of these fines were all sent to one collection agency that handles these fines for the court.) on the discharged. So, does it affect my credits? I am not paying this anymore. WHY did the court fines include on y discharged????
