Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
Foreclosure and Bankruptcy
My sister has filed but has not settled her divorce. The mortgage bank is foreclosing on her home in four weeks. By filing for Bankruptcy (which she is planning), can she avoid the foreclosure on the house BEFORE the bankruptcy and Divorce is finalized? Thank you.
