Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
I currently have a Honda Quad which was included in a bankruptcy back in 2004.
Although we were discharged in 2004 and we signed a agreement to pay for the quad. We have never paid a dime to the creditor. They never sent us the paperwork so we could pay them. My question is how can I obtain a clear title so I can sell the bike. It still shows the lienholder.

You will have to pay off the bike or get the creditor to agree to write off the bad debt. Then you can get clear title.
