Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
Judgement
We filed Chapter 7. We have already gone to our first meeting of the creditors. The bank has filed a appeal for a non-dischargeable SBA loan. My lawyer said we will most likely go to bankruptcy court. If we do not show up and default what's the worse that can happen.
