Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
life after bankruptcy
i filed personal bankruptcy in 12/90, completed all processes by 2/91. since then my attorney has retired. some people are telling me its on for 7 years others say 10. i files ch.11, reorginization. when i did this i was told 7years. who is right? and if it is 10 can i do anything to make it a 7 year like i was informed?
i live in phx, az any information would be helpful!!

Credit reporting --life after bankruptcy
When you did your bankruptcy it was seven years but they later changed it to ten years. BTW it has nothing to do with your bankruptcy it has to do with credit reporting.
