Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
plan
I am nearing the end of my payment plan, I will still owe approx $13,000 on my vehicle, because it had been wrecked and under valued at the time of the plan. After the second apprasial I could not increase the payments to make up the difference by the end of the plan. Is there anything I can do. I feel purchasing another vehicle will drag me down again. Thank you--

Re: plan
It is not clear what you are saying. Are you talking about the installments onthe car or about payments under bankruptcy? If it is the car, you may refinance the car after the first financing is up. What did you do with your insurnace as the car got wrecked, did you have coverage? If yes, which one, have you been or your lender been compensated?
