Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
Hi my question is.... im in debt for about $30,000 that includes a personal loan, medical bills, court fines (non moving violations) and utility bills can i file chapter 7 and wipe all of this clean?

A Chapter 7 filing is dependent upon your family income as there are limitations on how much income you and your family may have in order to still qualify for a Chapter 7 filing. You should discuss this with a bankruptcy attorney in order that you proceed within the Bankruptcy Code's guidelines.
