Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
hello i am recently married .. live in az.. had a condo in nevada long before marriage . i am losing it to foreclosure due to way upside down have debt as well.. has nothing to do with my spouse.. we have nothing joint ... can i file bankrupcy single... this is my problem and i have to clear it up.. thank you..

Yes, you can file bankruptcy solo, and your spouse is not responsible for your debt incurred before marriage.
