Risk to landlord due to bankruptcy
If I enter in to Rental Agreement with a new Tenant who intent to file for Bankruptcy. What is my projected Risk.

Projected risk in dealing with tenant
You could lose any back rent owed you. Do not let this tenant get behind in the rent. If this is a commercial agreement you may have greater risk, but I view that risk as slight to moderate so long as the tenant is current with the rent.
