Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
Violation of automatic stay
Exactly how do I go about notifying the court of a creditors violation of the automatic stay? Is there a specific form? I can not afford an attorney.

There is no specific form. Just write to the court or better inform the creditor about the stay and that violations will cause you to file a motion
