Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
What happens if I wait to file bankruptcy. If I have judgements against me, do they get discharged through Bankruptcy

Your judgments are discharged in bankruptcy if they do not allege "fraud". Many people have judgments from years prior and include them in a subsequent bankruptcy. I must caution that a creditor holding a judment may garnish your wages. But, if you file bankruptcy, the garnishing stops and the debt is discharged.
