Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
72 hour repel
We went to a local car dealer in the valley. We bought a
car. We put money down to lower the payments. We
drove the car home. We had always heard that there is
a 72 hour period where you can negate the deal. We
don't want to keep the car. Can we get out of the deal?
The car dealer says no.

Re: 72 hour repel
The car dealer is correct. The 72 hour 'recission rule' is no longer the law in Arizona.
