Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
If 2 of the 3 managers in our LLC vote to remove the 3rd manager and there are no assets in the LLC and it has not done any business or signed any contracts, does the removed member of the LLC have the ability to fight removal or have the right to claim any part of future business the LLC might enter into?

You may or may not have the right to remove a member of the llc or to remove a manager. It would depend upon what your operating agreement says (or does not say) or state law. If the entity has never done business, then I would suggest that you just form a new llc and dissolve this one.
