Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
accident involving personal vehicle for work related business
I used my personal vehicle for mandated work related business and was rear ended. The at fault driver has no insurance. My company informs me they are not obligated to reimburse for damages incurred. Is this true? Is there any recourse in this matter?

You may have at least two other avenues, depending upon the complete facts of the case, worker's compensation or an uninsured motorist claim. To evaluate whether these will apply you should speak to an attorney familiar with accident law. We offer free initial consultations with no obligation at 480.835.1500.
