Re: Anticipation of Breach of Contract
A mere belief that one party to the contract will breach his obligations, does not give rise to any rights in the other party. You are not giving any facts, nor have you given any terms of the contract, all of which affect the rights of the parties, and what may be deemed to be "anticipatory breach."
Re: Anticipation of Breach of Contract
A "request for assurance" of performance. You can do yourself but if you think having an a attorney do it will help prevent breach or collect monies as damages we can probably do for about $500.00. Let us know. Thanks and good luck.
