Based on the Arizona UCC, what happens when goods are destroyed after a sales contract has formed?

Under the UCC, the goods delivered must be identifiable as the ones purchased; Seller has a duty to make sure the "right stuff shipped". In short, the Seller is responsible to ship the right goods. The shipping company may bear responsibility if the goods were damaged in transit. If you got the goods, then they broke, it's your responsibility.
