Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
auto
I ordered a car from a dealership. I ordered the DVD entertainment system. I received the car and they showed me how to work the DVD. I had trouble with it a week later and call the sale person. He came to where I was to show me how to use it again. I have had the car 6 mts. and had problems again with it and took it to the shop and I was told that I have a after market system that was installed from a local company. I ordered and paid for the DVD entertaiment system from the factor. What can I do about this. They can not put the system in my car because it is not wired for the factor system.

Re: auto
You were entitled to the system that your contract calls for. It is always impossible to give a valid opinion on written contracts without reviewing a copy of the contract. What exact wording is used? Does your contract call for factory systems, or is it silent about that? What warranty does your car have? Is the entertainment system covered by the warranty? What is the make of the car? Is there a factory unit made for your car? Have you spoken to the factory rep, who is not an employee of the dealership? Which dealership is it?
More information is needed to give a valid opinion. If you want to present this to us, contact us at 480.835.1500.
