automotive contract
i purchased a new truck on a saturday . i have a sales contract .registration and insurance on vehicle. salesman called me following tuesday explaining they could not finance vehicle. am i able to keep truck based on the sales contract WE signed. or are they able to recall vehicle because they failed to find financeing WE agreed on ?

Financing is usually conditioned upon qualifying. You will not be able to keep the vehicle, and if you run up a lot of miles on it you may be liable for that. If you have no financing, you owe the purchase price in cash, or can return it. Look for a deal you can qualify for.
