Break a lease in Arizona

What could landlord do if break a lease (Nails salon)? Are the landlord allow to go after my personal property as my house and my bank accounts.

It depends upon your lease agreement, who is the Tenant and did you sign a personal guaranty. If you gave your personal guaranty, then in deed, the landlord can go after your personal assets and income.

You should get counsel to help you work out a deal with the landlord and by this, minimize your liability.

Most landlords will require you sign a personal guarantee when you sign a business lease. We have had some experience in negotiating a payoff amount with Landlords in these situations. The economy has forced many businesses to go down this road lately, so we have lots of experience in this area, most of it current.
