breech of contract from lenders
on my original application for a lender, it said no credit check, i got appoved for 10k business loan. They asked for a security deposit to secure the loan because of my credit. They wanted 1285.00. I gave that to them along with all my signed doc. stating that was all they were asking for and what my payments would be. Now the day my funds should be available to me, they are asking for additional 900.00 because of my credit. Is this legal...

Have you googled the name of the company you are borrowing from and/or called the better business bureau and the attorney general to make sure they are on the up-and-up?
