Business gone bad

I had a business and let my daughters ex boyfriend run it and he was supposed to buy me out and take it over but instead he moved all the equipment out and has them stored at his sisters house and will not give them back.what can i do to get my stuff back from the business?

If he was just an employee and not an owner of the business, call the police. A replevin action will cost 5000.00 to get started.

There are several legal causes of action that you can bring against him to recover your equipment and seek damages for his hurting your business. You should take action immediately, to assess the situation and bring suit. Don't wait for things to get better or for him to voluntarily give you your equipment.
