Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
Business reimbursement
I have been working for a company for 4 years and have been reimbursed for business expenses from day one. Now a new manager has taken over and is refusing to reimburse me for items that I have been purchasing for 4 years with no problems. Do I have any legal rights to be reimbursed for the money I already spent before they changed rules on me without my knowledge?

Re: Business reimbursement
Yes. Due to the ongoing operation, and your reliance upon them, you have a reimbursement right for expenses incurred before the rules changed. If you sued you would probably win, but it is awkward to have a claim against your own employer. You might want to seek a more deserving employer.
