Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona

Change in Dress Code

I am currently attending beauty school. Recently our school was bought by a new corporation and hence there have been changes, most of which were helpful. However they are introducing a new dress code that concerns me. They want all students to wear black slacks, white shirts and dress shoes, which is fine but they also want students to have no visible tattoos or piercings. This presents a problem seeing as many students already enrolled have tattoos and piercings that are visible. How can they enforce this rule now? What can students with tattoos on the face/neck or piercings do? Is it legal for this type of contractual change? What rights do we as students have?

Re: Change in Dress Code

I think the new policy is enforceable only against those who enroll after it is made.
