check frAUD
My company wrote a bad check, it was an S-corp in arizona. I was the CEO and signed the check. Am i personally liable for the check. the company is out of business.

Maybe, maybe not. Fraud will sometimes pierce the corporate veil, depending on the circumstances. We would need to know more details about the circumstances involved.
