How do you put a claim against a business's bond?

See an attorney. Notify the bond company of the claim, or file a suit and include them as a party by serving them with papers and naming them as bond holder in the suit. The licensing agency can give you the bond company information. Get legal counsel before you act so you do things properly. Present all facts to the attorney.
