Cleaning Contract
If an employee signs a contract but is not authorized to enter the company into the contract is the contract still valid?

Well, there are considerations involving "Apparent Authority" and "Unusual Powers" which depend on the details of the fact pattern involved. What is the true nature and extent of the authority of the employee? Would the employee appear to have authority to enter into a contract? Does the employee enter into other contracts? I need more information before I know the answer to this.
