Collecting damages from title loan company

Voicemail recieved May 39, 2009 from agent of company, Absoutly amazing--name removed-- that you did not come in and take care of your loan once again. I am going to make a few phone calls and have you investagated. This is not how we do business or intented to do business, you made your bed now you laid in it. Watch and see what happens next--name removed--better yet watch outside your window (hangs up)

This sounds like a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act, however, whether there are actionable damages is another story. I doubt that you will find many, if any, attorneys who will take this case without being paid up front for their time bringing a law suit.
