Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
Commision Pay
I am a loan officer and work 100% commision, I do not get paid until the loan closes, then shipped to the investor, and then purchased from the warehouse. Sometimes our comnopany waits a week to ship it out and I don not get paid for at least a month. When it closes my job is done, shouldnt I get paid on the next payday?

Re: Commision Pay
THE WHOLE QUESTION DEPENDS ON YOUR CONTGRACT, IF ANY. IN CASE YOU DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT YOUR ARE EMPLOYED WITH ALL THE RULES AND CONDITIONS APPLYING TO AZ EMPLOYMENT. COMMISSIONS ARE NORMALLY EARNED WHEN THE EMPLOYER RECEIVED IT.
