If a contract has an expiration date and the company is allowed to perform services after the expiration date.Does the contract renew itself.

You should look to the agreement to answer your question. The contract might terminate at a certain date, but action taken pursuant to the contract thereafter would be controlled by and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.
