Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
Contract Lease
I have a small business LLC. I leased a credit card machine for $75 per month in the businesses name. I am now disolving the business. Can the leasing company come after me personally or does my contract disolve with the business if I return the machine in good working order?

Re: Contract Lease
That depends upon the contract you signed. Did you sign personally? Did you personally guarantee the lease? Or did you sign in the name of the LLC?

Good luck.
