Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona

decietfulness

recently i have engaged in a contract stating that i have to work for them for 3 years and if i get terminated or quit they will seek damages of $12,000. when i signed this contranct i was told that my office manager would take me on and help get my first 20 listings, and help me with my first 20 buyers until i know what to do. i am in my fifth week of working here and learn that their program is making you go door to door and cold calling and the manager doesn't even go with you. i have been decieved! I WANT OUT!what do i do?
