Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
Disolving a business
My partner & I have operated a cleaning business for 5 years. We formed a corporation for a few months, then returned to sole proprietors each using our own ss# as tax ID. We use one business name but we invoice our clients seperately for half of each job. Our number of clients has increased greatly over the years. I'm considering a move out of state and I need to know if I am legally entitled to monetary compensation for my half of the business even though no partnership agreement was ever signed. .
