When I BUY busines from someone else what is the document that has to be prepared for handing over the
business.

Document suggested: Letter of engagement with a business attorney.
Would you buy a used car without professional inspection? That is a small-significance transaction compared to buying a business. I see so many people who regret not having professional representation of a business attorney in the purchase of their business. At least get a one hour consultation to see some of the potential problems and see what would be involved in protecting you.
