Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
Employment contracts - written and verbal
I signed a contract for employment with a company, the CEO ripped it up 2 days after I came on board, since then he has broken another written contract and several verbal contracts we have made. I gave up a good career to go to his organization on good faith, thinking a written contract was a good guarantee. Do I have any legal rights to fight?

Re: Employment contracts - written and verbal
Generally, tearing up a contract is not sufficient to revoke the contract. I would need to see the contract and any other writings you may have evidencing your agreements before I would be able to address your situation. Please feel free to give me a call at my office and we can discuss. (480)998-1500
