Fax as Original
What is the proper wording for a document that could be faxed, but should be treated as an original?

Without knowing more facts and details of what you are referring to it is dangerous to give a proper opinion. A faxed copy can be signed on the other end by the recipient and it is an original, not because of the printing but because of the original signature. Or it could state "a photcopy or faxed copy shall be treated the same as an original" but depending upon the type of document, that might not work.
