Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
Need to file Arizona Corp?
Our company is currenly located in California. We service clients all over the US. We are thinking about moving into Arionza and we do not currenly have any clients there and we do not intend on having any there. We will however need employee's in Arizona. If we file a Nevada Corporation can we operate in Arizona as long as we do not conduct business there?

If you conduct business from AZ you will need to register in AZ as a foreign corporation.
