Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
foreclosure effect on business ownership
What is generally the effect on the business if a business owner has a foreclosure on their home. It is a service/contracting business. Set up as a LLC. Please offer any ideas, I have come up short on information.

Re: foreclosure effect on business ownership
To the extent that a bad mark on the personal credit of the business owner can effect a business, but a foreclosure on a home does not have a direct effect on an LLC that I know of.
