Franchise Sales Agreement
Can the franchise buy back my business with out giving me any money back for what the business was worth? They say we just call it even, I don't owe them they and they don't owe me. My business is woth around $14,000.00 and I owe the franchisor $9,000.00

buyers and sellers can do what they mutually agree to do. Your rights under the franchise are determined by your contract.
