Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
Impersonation Laws (Real Estate)
I am with another real estate firm; moved from prior firm that practiced unethically. Clients have been contacting my other office asking for me, and someone else is impersonating me by using my full name. What recourse do I have?

Re: Impersonation Laws (Real Estate)
This is civil, if not criminal, identity theft. We would need to research the exact issues involved, but we can draft a letter demanding they cease using your name, refer your clients to you and pay for our services for $1,250.00.
